CASEY METZ | Associate Broker
A true Chicago native, Casey grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago. With a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois and a masters in Social Work from Loyola, Casey devoted several years working as a licensed clinical social worker before getting into real estate—specializing in Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Counseling, caring for families in crisis, and ultimately running a non-profit Adult Day Care program for an older generation with dementia has given her a gift that truly sets her apart as a realtor: Empathy. She understands how important it is to identify stressors, and compassionately help guide clients through them during transitional periods. Her experience with conflict resolution has proven to be a huge asset in navigating real estate transactions as well. Casey is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois Association of REALTORS®, and Chicago Association of REALTORS®. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll most likely catch Casey and her husband walking their golden retriever on trails around Lakeview. Alexa grew up in a family of homebuilders, fully immersed in new construction. At a young age, she was tagging along with her dad to the office and putting on a hard hat while learning about contracts, the selection process, and sales projections.
Her interest in Real Estate emerged when she started developing ideas for marketing the homes her dad built. The motivations of potential buyers and sellers were endlessly fascinating to her, which led to her passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home and build their lives.

Alyson has always been a “people person.” She gets the most joy out of building relationships, hearing stories, and helping others as much as possible. After graduating from USC, Annenberg School of Communication Alyson knew that no matter what career path she took, her priority would always be to dedicate herself to others and their success.
Alyson spent seven years as the marketing and operations director of a successful fitness and lifestyle company where she was able to combine her passion for building strong relationships with her creativity and strategic thinking. After growing the company immensely and being part of its sale in 2017, she was lucky enough to meet Kelly and Emily.
